My background in Human Resource spans over 11 years. Over this period, I have been responsible for spearheading end-to-end recruitment and providing right people/resource at the right place and right time across diverse industries viz. IT, ITeS, Telecom, BPO, Healthcare, Engineering, Power & Energy. I consider myself a strong strategic planner with a solid ability to create and execute talent acquisition plans to support short and long term business priorities and plans. I possess exceptional relationship building and liaison skills to work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBP’s) and business leaders and vendors to ensure alignment of talent acquisition plans with the business plans. ☛ Social Media as a creative tool to connect professionals, hire through competitors, branding and promoting organization across globe to create potential candidate database in Emerson for the FY’2014 – 2015 with existing manpower of 2500 employee.
☛ Headed 700000 INR Naukri and Linkedin e-Recruitment & Applicant Tracking System project with recruiting processes and played a key role in attaining reduction in external agencies dependency from 45% in the year 2012 to 27% in the year 2013 which paved a way in earning annual savings of INR 10.7m with recruitment target of 1007 candidates in Su-kam Power System for new and existing product business with existing manpower of 2100 employee.
☛ Saved 4000000 INR by creating web-based Employee Manual and update strategy, eliminating 3-ring binders in Su-Kam FY 2012 – 2013 with existing manpower of 2100 employee.
☛ 3 C's Concept for new hire- Connect, Concern and Confirmation for retaining 97% employee out of 1007 employee hired in FY 2012 – 2013 in Su-Kam Power system with existing manpower of 2100.
☛ Reduced HR paperwork 25% with Digital Self Service employee portal implementation and saved the man hours in handling grievances, queries on time from HR Staff and other departments in Savi Infoservices (India) for the FY’ 2010-11 with existing manpower of 500 employee
☛ Effective operational efficiencies of the organization with the help of CMMI level v1.1/v1.2 i.e. End to End Process mapping, Security Standards for HIPAA Compliance and delivered process training to operations team on US healthcare process and claim adjudication for insurance in Savi Infoservices for the FY’ 2010- 2011 with existing manpower of 500 employee.
