Dear Madam/Sir
Greetings of the day!!
I am an “accidental writer” because the twist of fate landed me into writing profession. A mid-life, career switch in 2008 changed the course of my career from a trader to a writer.
Starting off my new career as a freelancer, I quickly grasped the tricks of the trade and by the time I applied for the first job as a writer with Easy Transcription Pvt. Ltd., I had become a proficient SEO content writer. I wrote articles for Ezine and earned a Platinum status, which encouraged me to start new blogs on medical transcription, e-learning, speech recognition software and US laws like HIPPA and OSHA. I also promoted the blogs on social media.
A job change landed me in an IT company, with different challenges to overcome. New to the world of Information Technology and technical writing, I wrote press releases, articles, blog posts, website content and landing pages on different web development platforms. It was a period of intensive writing because entire SEO team was committed to pushing up search engine ranking of the business keywords. A difficult job to accomplish in limited time, but in the end, it was well done!
I wrote the complete website on mobile applications on given keywords. It was followed by other websites on Wordpress, X-cart, Magento, Dot Net, etc. I spent a greater part of the year writing websites from scratch.
A stint as a content developer and manager saw me write, edit and proofread industrial magazines in a publication company. I used CMS to manage the content of the microsites related to the niche of the published magazines.
When I moved to the Neesa Group, I had a good experience in online and print media. I worked as a copywriter there, writing the advertisement content of the entire group with business interests in 7 major industry verticals from Hospitality to Information Technology. I wrote content for campaigns, newspaper advertisements, fliers, mailers, brochures, corporate letters and other promos.
I completed an online Help guide for a work collaboration application for Wittybee Technologies on a project basis.
I wrote blog posts on e-commerce in Kaushalam Digital (IT company) for seven months. The link is https://www.idevelopersquare.com/blog/author/elizabeth-white/. I bogged under the ghost name Ëlizabeth White. The tone was conversational American English.
In the nutshell, I am a technical writer, copywriter, SEO content developer and blogger (blogs.tribune.com.pk/author/1837/navneetvats/) with a flair for producing content on any given subject for the targeted audience.
Best regards,
Navneet Vats
