 Participation in VW (Polo / Vento / Ameo) & Skoda (Rapid) change management (Model year changes) pre-approval rounds and understanding engineering changes conversantly and deciding pilot production validation procedures before engineering changes approval.
 Post change management approval working collaboratively with CFT and steering the change management implementation as per roadmap timeline for both brands models
 Verifying bill of material releases and marketing system releases as per approved change management contents, any release discrepancies identified then troubleshooting immediately by coordinating with right agencies
 CFT work breakdown activities status review daily in micro level such as engineering releases, supply chains process readiness, parts quality releases & production operation readiness for milestone readiness
 Pilot cars variants production planning and sharing the production plan to CFT for industrialisation
 Monitoring the pilot cars production operations at all shops for reviewing operation’s process
