A highly qualified and self-motivated Project Director having extensive international experiences since 1985 in all aspects of project management of multidisciplinary megaprojects in oil & gas, petrochemical, fertilizers, and process industries, covering all project management processes of initiation, planning, execution, control and closeout, in addition to an outstanding technical expertise in the relevant onshore and offshore industrial facilities, utilities and infrastructures.

A project management expert having broad experiences bringing projects into success by deliberately managing projects success factors and sensibly balancing the project competing demands, and implementing best practices throughout all elements of project management, project controls, front-end and detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, until handover to clients/operations. These also include board level client liaison, commercial requirements, HSE, quality assurance, bid and contract, evaluation and implementation through utilization of KPI’s and CIP.

A skilled communicator, in both written and oral forms with the ability to develop and lead multinational teams. Experienced working in difficult circumstances and under stressful conditions, and managing remote activities with minimal supervision from head office.

Moreover, having considerable experiences in handling executive and senior management level liaisons as well as strategic management functions.
