Excellent in the Optical Transmission Field (Planning, implementation and O&M) with constantly strives to strengthen and refine professional effectiveness.
• 10 years’ experience with optical Transmission equipment’s (SDH, DWDM, OTN Technology, ASON, synchronization equipment’s, MPLS…etc.) & MRN/RAN, Core, MW technologies.

Working knowledge of Copper and Fiber Cable Standards. Experience with ordering and troubleshooting voice and data circuits.
• Exposure in monitoring the respective teams in the development, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of the main network elements in network platforms and their peripherals.
• Adept at communicating with superiors, subordinates, vendor/sub-contractor and internal departments to coordinate overall project efforts.

Participate in the technical evaluation of various operations so that the option is selected will be operationally the most feasible to implement while also meeting business requirements. Participate in the technical evaluation of various operation and maintenance contracts and select the right contractor to meeting agreed KPI and SLA.

Improve and enhance the process and procedures related to Outside Plant “OSP” and Civil, FOC and Duct repair as well as cable relocation.
• Good experience in managing Optical Fiber Fusion splicing using Splicing Machine and conducting Fiber loss measurement using OTDR.
