As a manufacturing industry professional with 9 years’ experience in projects and maintenance functions, I offer recent 6 years’ experience in personal care industry (FMCG) for setting up of greenfield plants, in-house projects management for modification & developments, plant & machinery maintenance, spares and inventory management, Q MS management, procurement & vendor development, etc.

Working with Walmark Meditech Pvt. Ltd. - Nagpur, since January 2012, as Project & Maintenance Manager, I have independently managed the project for setting up a plant for manufacturing adult diaper, baby diaper, wet wipes, and flow wrap machine; and successfully carried out many improvement projects to reduce operational cost and downtime.

Over the years in the industry I have demonstrated expertise in project planning and management including manufacturing layout design, machines procurement & erection, commissioning & start up, and troubleshooting of technical problems till stabilized operation. My meticulous maintenance and spares planning skills has substantially helped in reducing maintenance cost and improving operational efficiency and equipment up time. I have major involvement in quality management in established standards (ISO 9001:2008 & TS 16949) including implementation experience.
