• In-Depth knowledge of Marine project execution, Commissioning, startup and O&M activity for Seawater intake & outfall pipe line; HDPE/GRP pipe laying (from 800mm dia up to 2000mm dia) for seawater intake & outfall , Dredging, 4point mooring, Spud, Jack-up dumb barges and Vessels operations with crane & Excavator installations, Sheet piling, Under water Diving, Geotechnical & Geo-science investigation base operations.
• Marine Operation & maintenance, Operation Planning, Process Innovation, Client coordination, Front-End reporting, other operations at site, monthly budget handling.
• Ensuring the all Start-Up and O&M activities comply with the contract and are conducted in accordance with COMPANY policies and procedures.
• Ensuring the all safety and precautionary requirements and procedures are followed during the Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-Up and O&M stage.
• Coordinating with other departments, COMPANY, subcontractors to resolve interface problems.
• Controlling and manage of the resources to keep the Facilities operated efficiently.
• Ensuring the safety procedure such as Lockout-tagout (LOTO), Permit To Work (PTW) control for the all dangerous thing like machineries under maintenance, in/out blinds.
• All types dumb & self propelled barges & vessels operations and maintenance (4P mooring, Spud & Jack-up etc).
 Supply chain management- Asset & Material Engineering, Inventory Planning & Control, Demand forecasting, Purchasing & Finance, sourcing & procurement, contract negotiation, vendor development etc.
• Plan and ensure drilling and completions materials are available for drilling, Work-over and completion operations in line with the technical work program.
• Ensure adequate QA/QC inspection, certification and documentation of materials is implemented and ensures accepted materials are of required grades and good quality to meet production goals.
• Controlling of all materials in/out process, MMS/MIS implementing.
• Control and tracking of OSD (Overage/shortage/damage & off-spec) reports.
• Control of Warehouse all aspects as per site wise & Projects wise.
• Cataloguing and codification of equipments in warehouse & open yard.
• Planning, Establishing and Managing Central Warehouse.
• Maintenance and servicing of all Drilling equipments.
• Proven successfully Marine/Offshore base materials in readiness with all technical specification & QAQC.
• Remarkable attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong work-ethic and ability to communicate effectively with team member and various business contacts in a courteous, professional, and positive manner
