A highly motivated, dynamic and result oriented HSE professional with more than 20 years’ experience in civil construction and Oil & Gas projects, from concept through to completion, and has held significant positions either with Client, or Contractor or Consultant's organization within the Gulf countries and Philippines. This experience has been acquired on a number of major projects such as fabrication of gas pipeline and offshore structures, construction of civil infrastructure; both on site and in the design office environment. Experience covers Occupational HSE, Office/Site Management, Quantity Surveying, Human Resources and Office Administration.
Currently working as HSE Supervisor with Parsons International, a Project Management Consultant, for the Development of Lusail City in Qatar – handles various projects scope/CP infrastructures undertaking the responsibility of technical and supervisory advisor relating to HSE scope/activities, from tendering to concept to supervising and monitoring site activities to varied Supervising Consultant ensuring compliance to legal and contractual HSE related project’s obligations, as well pinpoint hazard areas and in mitigating risk to ALARP.
