Worked for manufacturing companies, corporate offices, film making studios, institutes and school, there I perform different rolls and learned many lessons’ in my career and their I managed admin, Quality, stakeholder management, vender management, operation management and ERP departments.
While performing those roles I have rendered necessary resources, provided requirement details and plans to generate revenue, I have always taken ownership for proper delivery of work, inform details of work progress and share the information with others that need to know. Get through an analysis before work delivery against plan, budget and strategy, sign off and accept the work.
Staff recruitment and development, Documentation for new joins, arranged training sessions for support staff members. Prepare product material for training, curriculum development and update. Always resolves’ issues and risks, especially in the transition phase. Transition expectation, common goals, done people alignment. Build service map, draft service Agreements, Negotiated service Agreements with customers, review that for continuous improvement.
Maintain collectible and collected revenue report in MIS as per the ISO. Improve collaboration among various departments for the required support. Survey for customer satisfaction, Feedback, Root Cause Analysis, added inputs for improving performance and enhance trust. Reduce numbers of debt and public Issue. Perform business communication with other Department, Branches, Customers and MD.
