Since I graduated , I continue my Self-education development ,by reading books , watching lectures and educational programs on the internet , I've written a few researches papers about management science and economics
I was always interested in the principles of the (ethics in management) , and the importance of
Focusing on the main unit in the facilities , which is the human being ( the employee ) , where he is the (key) for the success of the business at the facility .
I also worked in the procurement field for a while, and have seen Corruption and chaos in the markets .
During my working years , I noticed that the employer is only focusing on sales increasing , and do not care about the management development , some of the main issues are : the employees , work environment , the validity of premises and equipment , and I am sure that a lot of employers did not heard about (ergonomic), witch known also as the (science of human engineering) , and also the existence of the right person in the right place .
I also noted that the person who runs the position of ( director ) or (manager) in any department , rarely holds a degree in management science, but often have a degree in (Marketing) or (Accounting) or other Competence , and I believe that this is what led to the deterioration of many of the facilities in the administrative area .
That I notice always when I do a (questionnaire) for employees about their ( most worst difficulties) they suffer in the workplace .
And up to this day , I Continue my studies and my writings about ( management science ) , because I believe that one must continue learning until the last day in his life .
