Myself Nahas P N, I am a Chemical Engineer with total of 4 years experience (Includes Production & HSE) In Pharmaceutical as well as Copper slag processing (Surface preparation) industry. I am looking for a highly challenging opportunity in the field of Chemical Engineering that can provide me with a competitive working environment where I can enrich myself professionally with the traits needed to deal with a variety of situations in an innovative, effective and efficient manner.
Highlights of my experience include:
• Presently working in Euroblast middle east FZCO, Dubai as Engineer (Operations & Safety) from July 2015 onwards.
• We are processing the Copper slag (Iron silicate) which is using as the grit for Sand blasting operations and I am the person responsible for the timely execution of Production, Quality, Safety, Maintenance, Conducting the Blasting test operations and go through the customer complaints.
• 2 years and 8 months of Production & HSE experience in Solvent extraction, Food & Dietary supplement, Phytochemical and Pharmaceutical industry with extraction, evaporation, distillation, drying, milling, and hydrolysis and acetylation reactions in Olive Lifesciences pvt ltd, Bangalore.
• Strong knowledge in quality and safety management system and related norms like GMP, HACCP, 5S of Safety, COSHH, JSA etc..
• Nebosh IGC & IOSH MS with credit ranking which are the Internationally valid UK accredited OSH certifications including Basic CPR and First aid (Medic First Aid).
• Did mini project on Water analysis of Polluted River and seminar on Microencapsulation during my academics.
