• Involving to design to develop the new innovative technology for green building concept.
• Preparing the manual for product assembly, service & maintenance.
Reporting to Director of Hotel Engineering Department.
• Assist with maintenance operations for the hotel, including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water
treatment, preventative maintenance, hotel rooms, AC and heating units, HT/LT, ice machines,
swimming pools, lighting, kitchen equipment, Diesel Generators, Boilers, Clarifiers, water softeners,
switch rooms, roof exhausts, electrical substations, Laundry etc.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and according to specifications.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure coordination of activities.
• Define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions, diagram forms.
• Perform general repair and maintenance of any and all equipment in and around the hotel.
• Accurate record keeping on assigned tasks as required.
• Establishes preventative maintenance procedures and evaluates existing preventive maintenance for
current applications.
• Ensure that all safety systems are operable.
• Performing fire pumps operation testing on weekly basis.
• Comply with an ongoing maintenance program.
• Assist with performing minor and routine, carpentry, civil, painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and
other related maintenance activities.
• Routine checks of chiller plant rooms, clarifiers and boiler to provide convenient stay for guests.
• Maintain standards of quality guest service.
• Respond and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
• Deputing and attending the guest complaints call as per the Hotel time period by trade technicians.
• Monitor the downstream technicians and helping them if faced any challenges.
• Maintaining the air properties for the individual areas like Guest rooms, Lobby, Restaurants,
Restrooms, Server rooms etc.
• Co-ordination with the other services such as, Civil, Central gas, garbage chute etc.
• Vendor Management activities like procuring materials, Tools & Tackles, Budgeting & controlling the
project cost & operational cost through AMC, completion of project on time.
• Good Preventive and Corrective maintenance Knowledge in Emergency Lighting system, UPS system,
VFDs, BMS, Fire Alarm, AV system.
• Monitoring & Control of all MEP equipment through IBMS.
• Good Preventive and Corrective maintenance Knowledge in Emergency Lighting system, UPS system,
VFDs, BMS, Fire Alarm, AV system.
• Monitoring & Control of all MEP equipment through IBMS.
• Assuring the Water quality by the Water treatment & Sewage treatment plants to reduce the scaling
and corrosion which in turn enhance the plant efficiency.
• Checking and performing the test report of all Hydro test of piping.
• Well knowledge in Fire and safety system, Sprinkler system, Smoke detectors, Flame detectors, Heat
detectors. Familiar in operation of Fire Hydrant, Extinguishers. Familiar in handling of Self-contained
breathing apparatus, eye washer etc.
• Draft budget preparation for engineering department for annual budget.
• Planning & executing the 52 weeks PPM schedules for all MEP equipment’s.
• Making daily, weekly & Monthly reports and submitting to the Chief Engineer for further Planning.
• Review of daily and weekly schedules with management.
