Currently working as a "Senior Manager" in the IT division of Landmark Group, Dubai/UAE, since June-2012, which is a well-known Retailer in UAE, GCC and other countries.  I am responsible to Plan, Manage, Implement & Support several IT applications/projects, across the group.

I carry a proven track of 17 years of IT experience and have performed several roles like Project Manager, Technical Services Manager, Technical Architect, Integration Architect, Delivery Manager, Demand Manager etc., and have worked on domains/industries like Retail, Banking (retail & investment), Manufacturing and Telecomm.

I am strong & proactive Manager, who can coach & mentor my teams to work together to achieve individual goals, as well as company's Goals/KPIs.

I have extensive experience in Project Initiations, SOW/agreements, Project Planning, Resource Planning, Manage budgets, Delivery Management, Application support/IT Service Management, Vendor Management, Stakeholder management etc.  I often participate in providing solutions to complex issues, being part of requirements gathering sessions, GAP analysis, Automations, Knowledge Management, Technical Architecture solutions etc.

I also have good hands-on experience in technologies like Oracle PL/SQL, Unix, Shell scripting, AWK, C, Pro*C, Oracle Forms/Reports and also have knowledge in Oracle DBA and Unix Administration.

I have worked with companies Accenture, HCL Technologies Ltd, Polaris Software Lab Ltd., Mascon Global Ltd etc. and clients like Luxottica (US/Italy), Nokia (Singapore/Finland/UK), Schuitema/C1000 (Netherlands), W.H.Smith (UK), GAP (USA), Performance Retail Inc (USA), Telstra (Australia), Deutsche Bank (UK), Citibank (Chennai, India), L&T McNeil Ltd (Chennai, India), Ashok Leyland Ltd (Chennai, India).

I hold an ITIL V3 Foundation Certification in IT Service Management and having worked with CMMi companies.  I have also been trained on Project Management, Leadership skills, which helps me to adhere to standard processes and best practices in the IT industry.
