Twenty seven years of intensive experience in Project Management, Design, building maintenance, and facility management for a wide range of mix use, High and low Residential/commercial facilities and Environmental infrastructures projects in the Middle East and Canada

Seventeen years working in an overseas environment, mainly in the United Arab Emirates as Director of Projects and facility management for mix use high and low rise residential/commercial buildings, Infrastructure, Transportation Designer, and maintenance engineer as well Project Manager for many prestigious projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, Overall Projects cost at US $ 2 billion.

Ten years of which working on United States Agency for International Development “USAID” in the World Bank and Gaza funded construction projects, main activities as a Project Manager and Civil/Environmental Designer for various large scale Residential buildings and infrastructure projects construction cost exceed US $ 250 million.

Extensive experience in Project and Facility Management, Engineering Design, and construction management and supervision in the development and construction of mix use commercial/residential Building and infrastructure facilities (water treatment plant, roads, water, wastewater, stormwater network, power networks and landscaping works)

Well organized and hand on projects, facilities and properties planning, scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and cost control. Provide technical direction and ensure compliance with quality control standards. Cover all areas of management, planning, cost, time management, contract administration and safety management. Coordinate maintain all functions and activities of the projects and facilities management divisions including engineering, systems, plants operation, manage and operate all soft and hard facilities and services in all projects, facilities and properties. Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations and efficiency of services and delivery of optimal customer service.

Familiarity and hand on Contract regulation, FIDIC, USAID and World Bank regulations; Federal Acquisition Regulation “FAR”.

Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills, as negotiating and advisory skills, to coordinate project implementation with projects owners, clients, donors, consultants, contractors and related municipal and governmental officials and authorities.

Excellent analytic ability and the ability to compile data and prepare reports and make presentations.

Excellent computer skills.

Speak, read and write English and Arabic fluently
