Dear Madam or Sir,
To brief information about my background and aim to apply the short term temporary job . I graduated from a four year degree of electrical and electronic faculty of Technical University of Istanbul and the department of electrical engineering (As a Member of fully integrated ABET(Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, Inc) Accreditation Criteria in US) at ITU in 2007. The accreditation of these programs occurs mainly in the United States but also internationally. ABET has been estanblished in 1932 and recognized by the CHEA. My university, be founded in Istanbul in 1773, supply strong fundamentals of electrical engineering. During education period, having gained a broad range of experiences related to modeling, analytical thinking and problem solving based on electrical system design and calculations, generation, transmission, distribution and consumption of electricity, from conventional and renewable PP, based on engineering fundementals.

After my graduation, in 2007, I’ve joined Turkish Republic Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, General Directorate for Energy Affairs, Energy, Head Investment as an assistant energy and natural resources expert. I have been working in head of energy investment for 9 year. The mission is, management all power plant in terms of feasibility, design, system calculations such as short circuit relay selectivity primary equipment and so on, project approval, factory and site test, commissioning and acceptance test of power plant. Furthermore, I am responsible for project approval of all kind of power plant such as, CSP, SPP Wind PP ,GeoPP, BioPP, TPP, CCHP CHP, HEPP and acceptance procedure of those. I’ve approximetly participated 2000 MW installed wind, 800 MW Cogeneration PP, 80 MW Biogas PP, 150 MW Geothermal PP, 6000 MW Conventional Thermal power plant acceptance and take over procedure which turkey’s total installed capacity is 77860 MW.

I have been working for power and oil&gas industry for more than 9 years.I have primarily worked on power plants, oil&gas fields and renewables related to approve EPC bidding/vendors' documents..My main role have been supervisor commissioning engineer and operations I have experience with team work (leadership) of teams for 5 years regarsing approval percudure. I have worked in lead role on a mega power plant project (CAPEX > 1 bln $US)

I am familiar with EN, IEC, IEEE, ASME, ASTM standarts regarding electrical system desing, energy power plant equipment(turbine, generator, HRSG, transformer, HV cubicles, etc.) FAT(Factory Acceptance Test), SAT(Site Acceptance Test) percudure and implementation requirements. Besides I am also familiar with QA/QC documents od Siemens, ABB, Alstom etc. I care about safety, safe of work and work places, safety applications and isolation for mechanic/electric and pressurized vessels.

I have an experience for shipyard power plant management as well. I can perform commisioning, operation and maintanence percedure of engine-generator group and its auxilary system such as cubicles, AVR, GVR, SYNC, panels. On the other hand, I certified as electrical officer for ship according to IMO by Ministry of Transport, Marine Communication. I have an junior experience marine industry surveyor and inspector in terms of engine-generator and relevant electric system. My ship ID card is define for electrical-electrotechnical officer/engineer for the offshore projects. I covered some certificate that define as, based SCWT certificate, tank/chemical certificate, high voltage design/operation, fire protection(NFPA) and liquid gas certificate.

I strongly believe that my experience and academic background, convenient to perform DigSILENT 15.1.0 in terms of GRID CODE analysis, short circuit, selectivity and primary equipment studies by using ETAP 12.6.0 Program and perform earth protection calculations by using CYME Grid program. For example, US Army Iraq Navy project's electrical design and calculations, regarding short circuit, relay selectivitiy, arc flash studies, have been performed by using ETAP, CYME Grid and relevant IEEE standarts.

Morever I study thesis on “investigation of wind and photovoltaic power plant effects to grid based on DigSILENT simulation for all Turkish grid in compliance with EU“ It is still going on. I’ve certificate related EN 50001, EN 27001, ISO 18001 and ISO 9001.

Furthermore, working experience as a electrical engineer and energy and natural resources expert will provide crucial necessities during participation of Company and willing to be part in . Finally, I would like to thank all for consideration.
