I have over 24 years of diversified experience in Operations / Facility Management, Energy Audit, LEED Certification, MEP-Projects & Marine Engineering.
I am presently working with M/S. Newage Electromechanical LLC as Head MEP and in past worked with DLF Utilities Limited, as Head NCR – Operations & Facility Management.

- Carried out tendering, negotiations, procurement, installation, commissioning and operation & maintenance of MEP equipments/systems for large commercial buildings/malls.

- Conducted periodic formal and informal performance evaluations via the performance system.

- Assured succession planning is in place for all team members.
- Inspected facilities and equipment to determine extent of service and equipment required.
- Arranged for alterations to, or maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of facilities as specified in the operating procedures, management plan and / or management services agreement and of leased premises as dictated by lessee's agreement.
- Approved purchases of supplies and equipment for use at managed office buildings.
- Ensured that all defined services are completed in accordance with all operating procedures, statuary requirements, and within the Health and safety guidelines.
- Ensured that services are reviewed and refinements made to enhance these services.
- Develop a close working relationship with all of the vendors to ensure that they fully understand the Client culture and are made to feel part of the team delivering a high quality service.
