• Preparation of architectural and structural shop drawings of precast external and internal wall panels, precast pre-stressed beams, box shape girders, precast bridge segments, precast pre-stressed extruded hollow core slabs, precast pre-stressed single and double slabs, precast retaining walls, precast columns, footings, parapet walls, road barriers and omnia slabs etc and sending final print out of these drawings to consultants for their approval.
• Preparation of bar bending schedules as per approved shop drawings received from consultants.
• Coordinate with plumbing, electrical and HVAC drawings.
• Preparation of AS BUILT drawings at the end of every project and submit the final softcopy to the clients and consultants for their approval.
• Preparation of reinforcement drawings for different projects.
• Preparation of perspective views according to final plans and elevations.
• Preparation of materials quantities for different types of civil and architectural works.
• Strong engineering background and project management skills and working experience with internationally renowned engineering & contracting companies, engineering consultants and vendors
• Implementing quality management system and ensuring adherence to the same while ensuring compliance of various quality measures
• Expertise in reviewing rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from civil engineers to ensure that they conform to design concepts
• Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety & environment (HSE) are adhered to
• Drawing maps, diagrams, and profiles, using cross-sections and surveys, to represent elevations, topographical contours, subsurface formations and structures
• Managing existing & new potential clients and ensuring every client receives sufficient support to enhance their relationship
• Inspiring & decisive team leader and collaborative player with strong liaison, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
