Presently working with Bojamhoor Trading and Contracting as HR and Administration Manager, I am primarily responsible for handling staff management activities including recruitment, induction and training of employees, finalization of the compensation & benefits program, resolution of employee issues, and sustenance of employee relations. Earlier I worked as the Projects HR and Admin Manager with Al Ali Engineering, and was involved in planning HR operations, implementing company policies, handling contracts with vendors / suppliers, and managing employee affairs, among other KRAs.
Having worked as a Master Trainer with USAID Project, and Computer Science Teacher with Ministry of Education, Jordan, I have gained extensive exposure in planning and delivering various knowledge transfer sessions. I have also worked as the Business Development Manager with Rich Land Co, Oman, Account Executive with 1970 Commercial Enterprises, Front Office Manager Assistant with Aquamarina Hotel, among my other assignments.
