With a (4 years) Bachelors degree in Polymer (Chemical) Engineering and industrial trainings I started a work experience as a Production Engineer, which polished my knowledge, analytical skills, expertise in Flexible Packaging, Polymer Processing, Extrusion Process, Testing of Polymeric Materials, Process safety risk management, Root cause analysis, Trouble shooting and Production Operations.I enhanced the capacity, capability, & quality of work by updating the existing methods and procedures. Besides this I uplift the skills and performances of the technical staff, by training and closely working with them.
