 Inspection of L-SAW, H-SAW, ERW & Coating pipes as per API5L & IS 3589
 Inspection of 3 LPE coating & Internal Epoxy coating as per DIN standard.
 Witness/Approval of welding procedure qualification, welder, welding Operator performance qualification.
 Fit up & weld visual Inspection all pipes.
 Verifying that all applicable equipment is calibrated and has valid certification and installation processes are carried out in
accordance with approved Procedures & specification.
 Witnessed Hydro test as per approved QAP.
 Witnessed visual & Dimensional Inspection of pipe as per approved QAP.
 Witness Destructive Test (tensile, charpy v Notch Hardness, Macro etching, chemical & Guide Bend test for pre
qualification pipe as per approved QAP.
 Possess sound knowledge of WPS/PQR and familiar with international code like API, ASME & IS standard.
 Handling proper material selection, electrodes consumables selection and establish WPS & PQR applying different code
Requirement in Training and qualifying welders.
 Proficient in establishing the job site procedures for documentation of company and vendor witnessing of tests
 Deft in supervising & monitoring all protective treatments; well versed with:
o Plant & field coating process of pipe like 3LPE, 3LPP, CML, CWC, FBE.
o International codes & standards of ASTM, ISO, and SSPC for painting and lining
 Possess excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
 Excellent presentation skill
 Knowledge of planning for required scaffolding.
