I have hands on experience on both operational and strategic deliverables. As a top HR executive, I have worked across Africa and the UK and India managing HR processes across those markets. Negotiating conditions of work, liaising and working with labour representatives in those markets.
I have done start -ups, revamping HR Dept and business process. I have been actively involved in Merger and acquisition process from negotiation to execution (Pre to Post) being actively involved in legal compliance, due diligence, audit and establishing corporate governance.
