Being a well-qualified, dedicated and skilled Mobile/Tablet(iOS/Android) & Web Apps Tester (ISTQB certified) with the passion and enthusiasm in testing the Mobile Native & Hybrid apps coupled with the experience of almost four years which reflects in the tourism, hospitality, Travel and Airline (Inbound/Outbound) domain.

My recent job role reflects in the Hospitality, Tourism and Travel (inbound/Outbound) domain for a very renowned client known as TUI with the Four native applications including the e-commerce features, supporting the end users in 7 locales across phones and tablets on both iOS/Android OS's.
I am bringing a Ph.D. research scholar degree in Arabic language as my highest qualification coupled with the experience in testing field precisely 3.9 years which adds in my overall experience and goes to 9.9 years.
I excel at creating, developing, maintaining, and executing test cases for new product development. I hold a great deal of hands on experience towards the installation, upgradation of the apps and .apk/.ipa files on the respective devices (OS) in addition to UAT. I am also fully aware of release notes, build triggering process with the merges of fixes from middleware / node / App fronts. I am also highly exposed to the debugging process using Charles proxy tool, hands on experience in routing the apps to the intended platforms (Test, Dev, Node, Preproduction, Production), using various iOS/Android compatible devices, verifying the Node Requests & responses through Web API, postman and SoapUI, testing Google Analytics and UTM parameters as well as the Alpha & test flight builds. I am also experienced in generating the crash logs using Charles, device monitor from Android Studio and/or Catlog console. I am bagging very excellent communication skills, and have been SPOC from off-shore for handling scrum calls and triaging issues with Product owners, Developers and Business Analysts. Agile is a methodology we follow to track the progress and wrap up the activities in a sprint based nature. Also, Jira is a tool we resort to in order for opening the bugs/issues and progressing the testing activities in a confluence page to let the whole agile team know where we are!
