• Take every day EMM and Discussed the Budget vs achievement and all KPIs.
• Look after sale target and assigned monthly target to the sale team.
• Involve in all store’s activities i.e.customer service, VM, Stock Management (FIFO & LIFO, current trend), Global count, Promotion implementation, Competitive analysis, Administration and most important training to staffs etc.
• Make Action plan& P5 and share along with the team as well as superiors.
• Address the customer queries and try to resolve issues on the spot.
• Follow up from buyers and implement it on the floor.
• Assuring all product feedback from sales team and from customer too.
• Analysis PnL of the store, calculate breakeven point, make business strategy as per LFL and to achieving the targets focus on ATV, UPT, Conversion, Contribution of Departments & per sq . ft. sale.
