I am an Electrical Engineer having 20+ year’s practical experienced in MEP system especially design & engineering with specifications, bill of quantity (BOQ), tender documents as per FIDIC and project management of (1) LV electrical system such as lighting & small power (LSP) with the switchgear & protection and control including earthling protection system, lightning protection system and heliport/airport street/stage lighting & its control system according to the Electricity Wiring Regulations(Yr.2014)-RSB with the ADWEA/DEWA/SEWA/FEWA/ADNOC/UAE-CAR requirements and BSI/API/ANSI/US-FAA/ICAO/IEC standard with reviewing of HAZID, HAZOP and SIL for the execution of FEED/EPC contract. (2) ELV electrical system such as public address system, CCTV, master clock system, access control system, smart home automation, SMATV, CATV, nurse call system, audio visual system, time & attendance system, queue management system, automatic gate barrier system, intelligent building management system and car parking guidance system as per IEEE/BSI/ANSI/CE standard. (3) Telephone & IT system such as structural cabling of voice & data and IPTV system with PABX, FDH, ODF, ONU and ONT as per FTTH requirements including GSM/GPRS/WiFi network as per EIA/TIA standard/ETISALAT requirements, (4) EM system such as HVAC system as per ASHRAE/SMACNA standard, vertical & horizontal transportation (VHT) system as per requirement of ANSI/CIBSE/BSI/CE standard and fire detection & protection system as per requirement of UAE Fire & Life Safety Code of practices/NFPA standard, (5) Plumbing system such as water supply system, storm water & drainage system, water fountain and swimming pool as per IP-UK/UPC-US standard and ADDC/ADSSC specifications, (6) TM system such as design & engineering of intelligent transportation system (ITS) for road & highway infrastructure including ATMS, ATIS, CVO, APTS and AVCSS as per requirement of UCDM/USDM – Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council with DOT/DMA and (7) Airport system such as aeronautical ground light, aircraft visual docking guidance system, aircraft pre conditioned air system, aircraft ground power unit, flight information display system, baggage handling system, CUTE/CUSS system, passenger boarding bridge and navigation aids e.g. ILS, DVOR/DME, DWR, RVR/AWOS and AMHS/AFTN system as per UAE-CAR/UK-CAA/FAA/ICAO standard with the requirement of ESTIDAMA/LEED for sustainable design.

I have strong background and practical experienced in design & engineering with specifications, bill of quantity (BOQ) and project management of power substation as well as installing, testing & commissioning of power/distribution transformer, reactor, CT, VT, switchgear, protection & control, UPS system, LV AC & DC distribution system, earthling and lightning system works along with HV power cable and FO telecom cable as per the UCDM/USDM–Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council for power transmission & distribution (T&D) network according to BSI/IEC/ANSI/API standard complying with the requirement of TRANSCO/ADDC/AADC/ADNOC and ADWEA/DEWA/SEWA/FEWA specifications.

I have expert judgment on determining and advising on the correct way of executing of electrical works for MEP system of building/intelligent transportation system/airport system & its power system network as per FIDIC form of contracts ensuring correct sustainable design, compliance with occupational health, safety & environment and quality (HSEQ) and corrective/preventive maintenance works of its system.
