 Daily Modeling Management Administration and Maintenance, as well as Provide Architecture, Structure and MEP desktop support to lead the Technical Discipline Teams in its documentation and analysis efforts, to Coordinate Clash Detection and resolution activities.
 High-level of communication and fostering teamwork to assemble a work environment for different individuals representing multiple disciplines to achieve optimum BIM performance.
 Lead a BIM Coordination Meetings, Spatial Coordination of Disciplines, gathering all disciplines BIM models including civil and performing coordination tasks, Coordinating with professional staff on reviewing models and comments via Design-Review, and assist BIM Corporate staff in deploying project-templates on this specific project and ensuring team adherence to them.
 Provide quality of review of all Architectural Documents required to aid Construction Stage within scope of Construction Management to meet stakeholders’ expectations.
 Highly skilled in designing, planning and drafting architectural projects to Created unique architectural designs according to client's demand, and provide subject matter and formulations of Design Alternatives and Solutions, Conceptual, and Building Specifications, technical ensure that appropriate standards, policies, procedures, and supervision of work.
 Interfacing and working with clients in a professional manner to achieve projects goals, particularly in the Design Stage and Construction Management of large-scale projects as mixed-use communities and master plans, planning budget to monitor expenditure for minimizing costly and maximizing benefit.
 Responsibility to Coordinate in Detail Phases of all the Architectural Portions of the project, with specialty groups, engineering disciplines, clients, project management, consultant, sub-contractors, construction division and other groups.
 High quality for perform site supervision, follow up material, prepare request for inspection and other technical submittal(RFI-DWR-FCR), prepare work plan/production schedule, monitor man-hours and equipment hours against budget, strictly adhere work methods / Specifications and implement program of work, check and ensure quality workmanship at site.
