The most important achievements during my work in the modern trade with Binzagr company is to achieve a fantastic growth from year to year, in the first year growth rate was about 42% and did not carrying in any of the following years about 12%, by major clients such as Panda, Othaim, Raya, Farm and some local customers, to gets this success it was necessary to develop plans and follow their implementation carefully with the team along with the customer service and analysis the consumer behavior in order to achieve their desires, the achievement and Perfect Store Champion certificates was the culmination of this effort.
As well as I worked for RAYA (Nokia agent in Egypt) there were achievements, such as creation of a database and a focus on distribution thus multiply the number of customers dealers from (1x) to (25x), business development by 300% over the total of my years, and also increase the team members from (1x) at the beginning of my work to (3x) when I left for work.
To be able to advancement, you have to evolve, so recently began to develop myself through MBA from University of Leicester.
This is what makes me start to look for a new opportunity with new challenge in which I can be influential in the my position through the ideas which i gained from study and apply what I learn in theory in practice working, that certainly beneficial to the company.
Long experience in business development and leading the growth certainly grant me the confidence and ability to do so again and again no matter how the pressure, the ability to succeed under any circumstances.
