Established a startup mortgage company (SHL) in 2007 with 1 year portfolio of SR30 millions, while coordinating with Banks, construction company, infrastructure vendors to construct a fully operational new head office of 10 floors fully furnished with all IT/IS services.
Implemented PCM project control, and was able to overcome all resistance at multiple sites and at the head office of a major construction company in Riyadh.
