Developing proposals, quotations etc. for enquiries and negotiating terms to secure sales opportunities to meet given sales targets.

Complete Sourcing, Negotiation, Monitoring and managing supplier’s contracts and agreements.

Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and quick delivery of material.

Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories.

Procurement for the Projects from Asia (China, Korea & India) / Europe / North America & Middle East.

Reviewing all quotes, received from different suppliers & Ensure parts and materials are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time.

Purchase of Specialized Equipments as per the specification as well as general products meeting all the norms.

Negotiate supplies, products and service at the direction of supply management that best position the organizations.

Interview vendors and visit suppliers' plants and distribution centers to examine and learn about products, services, and prices.

Identify new suppliers, agree terms and negotiate supply agreements where appropriate, including discount structures and volume rebates.

Attend meetings, trade shows, and conferences to learn about new industry trends.

Negotiate contracts on behalf of the organization & work out agreements with suppliers, such as when products will be delivered.

Meet with staff and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action.

Evaluate and monitor contracts to be sure that vendors and supplies comply with the terms and conditions of the contract and to determine the need for changes.
