Minoor Manmadhan

Minoor is a trainer/facilitator with proven track-record, and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience from fields as varying as, Tourism & travel, Hospitality, Property Management etc... He started his career in 2003 with Cox&Kings India, and later moved to United Kingdom to continue his career where he predominantly worked in Hospitality and Property Management sectors.
After 8 years of illustrious career in the UK, he decided to comeback to India to start something which was always his passion i.e., helping individuals and organisations to discover their full potential. He started his freelance corporate and academic training career associating with some of the leading training house in South India, including Aptech Corporate training, SB Global Ltd etc. among others, along with his own clients.
In 2015 he joined Arif-Azim Aptech Afghanistan, working on several World Bank assisted local projects. Based out of Kabul he worked as the Head Trainer for both corporate training and ESL training division. In May 2016 he moved to Dubai, UAE to further pursue his career in training where he currently works as an ILM approved Freelance trainer associating with leading training houses. A staunch believer and practitioner of Activity oriented and Experiential learning, a regular external corporate trainer for ENOC his list of other clients includes, ENOC, AlFajer SMS, Pinnacle Computer Systems etc.., among others.
An avid reader, he spends his free time reading management, general and military history, science fiction etc... Travelling with family is another passion so is weekend cooking.
