The Past 8 year i 've been through many situation with different culture especially in Customer service filed at the Retail ,Telecommunication and call center , while the Main challenge been through was building Customer Service Team Through Ragab Son retail Chain (70 store ) and Spinneys Middle east Hypermarket then getting through changing the stuff mined set way thinking to be educated about how to deal with different types of customers in different situation .

I was a Representative , senior , team leader , supervisor ,Area Manager and Now I'm Customer Service and Delivery Director as i Believe That as Long as i am possible there are nothing impossible .



Being an idol and the Coach at the same main while your a good company for my subordinate to give the best work Environment ever for my team as i consider them My family .



With a strong communication and problem solving progressive department born with a great crisis management with interpersonal skills as There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.
