To whom it may concern,
I recently reached over twenty-two years of working experience. I started in the advertising and PR market, trying to learn all the things one cannot learn in theory coming out of college. During my first years of work, I managed to transfer from the country I studied to my home country changing manners and techniques of marketing with a very fast pace. I stayed focused and with extreme energy and creative spirit, the steps I made within the market really came as a result of it and of the growing professionalism. I had the privilege to work both in front line marketing and in outsourcing collaboration, that with the both personal and team efforts helped us achieve signing wining campaigns and winning twice one of the top three awards of national marketing and advertising awards (Hermes awards 1999, 2004). Those awards and the collaboration with our clients helped me advance in positions twice and to work with leaders in different industries (SEAT- Technocar S.A, Aegean airlines).
My career evolved according to my achievements and to the ability to blend in different industries and most important different groups of people. I also managed to grow my management skills and accept more and more responsibilities, while constantly learning new ways of doing the business as I had to.
Nine years ago, I reached my highest yet job position, taking over a company subsidiary of a big Financial Group of companies (Credit Agricole). A leading Operating leasing firm with offices in all five continents (ALD Automotive).
In that time, I had both the fortune and infortune to be leading a company in a major economic crisis environment. I had to yet learn even more this time. A business is a live entity and it needs to anticipate and foresee many things, in order to be successful in the long term. Under normal circumstances. But how can someone cope with constant austerity and market minimalization? I had to ask myself every day for the last six years and to try put into action everything within my knowledge and experience and always to take into consideration the feedback of my employees. I can now be certain that I am able to sustain a company under the hardest situations and with an unstable climate, and that by itself makes me more confident that in any environment relatively better I can provide this knowledge I acquired to offer better management and a well-oiled structure that can bring results.
I feel that I must try make a new reset to a new market, and use all my experience and knowledge plus my eager to keep learning offering new ideas where needed and bringing results, while keeping the company ethics and maintaining a strongly bonded team.
