I've been working for BPO company for more than 8 years I started as an agent and after a year I got promoted as Quality Specialist. I can say that dealing with customer even if it's through phone or face to face conversation, I would be able to provide 100% customer service satisfaction. With the knowledge and skills that I have learned during those years I was able to enhance my skills on how to deliver great customer service experience.
