1)Experience of Installation,Commissioning,Management,Execution and Documentation of Electronics Security System,ELV System,Video Wall System & OFC System Projects.
2)Knowledge of CCTV Surveillance Systems,Security Access Control Systems,Entrance Control Systems, Video Wall Systems,Video Management System,Network Management System and OFC Systems.
3)Knowledge of Electronics Security Systems,ELV Systems,Video Wall Systems & OFC Systems Schematic design and drawings.
4)Knowledge of all necessary documentation related to the Projects.
5)Managing and coordinating with inter departments so as to facilitate site planning,equipment installation and Commissioning with 24x7 Customer Support.
6)Ensuring that work execution in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications, agreed procedures and methods.
7)Monitoring and assigning of work to all Sub-contractors closely to ensure the quality of the completion of work within the defined SLA.
8)Coordinating Daily Site Inspections and effective management of progress of Work at Sites.
8)Exercising effective control over the Site Supervisors & workforce on site.
9)Ensuring that safety rules and regulations are communicated to the workforce and are fully enforced.
10)Actively and positively participates in regular client meetings and departmental meetings for the purposes of project planning, updating project progress and general sharing of information.
11)Maintaining and Reporting of progress of work in Project Progress Report to concerned authorities and departments.
