10- Develop Standard Operating Procedure for gas and condensate treatment units.
11- Vendor data evaluation (e.g. vessel sizing and compressor selection).
12- Familiar with engineering design standards API, Shell DEP, Petronas PTS, ExxonMobil, TOTAL GS and Worley Parsons.

B) Commissioning & Operation Stage as per below responsibilities:
1- Review the final issue of P&ID from commissioning and start-up engineer point of view.
2- Preparing of scope and responsibilities for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
3- Identification of systems and sub-systems by marking up of PFD and P&ID – system definition.
4- To assist construction department by defining of priority systems according with overall construction and pre-commissioning & commissioning planning and schedule.
5- Preparation of operating manuals in cooperation with the Process Department, Process Licensors and Vendors.
6- Preparation of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up execution plan, development of planning and scheduling of pre-commissioning and commissioning plan for entire projects and integration with Client planning for commissioning and start-up.
7- Develop punch item database by systems, checking for completion and close-out of punch items accordingly with client and company agreed standards.
8- Providing technical support to Operations during plant commissioning, start-up & normal operation to ensure all activities are performed as per Start up Procedures and Operating Manuals (include gas separation, sweetening, dehydration, dew pointing and compression units for onshore, offshore & FPSO application)
9- Checking the performances of equipment and package before handover from vendors to the company and during normal operation.
10- Supervise and advise all pre commissioning and commissioning activities (gas plant, condensate treatment, sulphur recovery…)
11- Daily performance monitoring of process units from DCS system and final products for maintaining smooth operation and on-spec production. (export gas, condensate, LPG, C2 and sulfur)
12- Monitor/ control the operation of process and utility units.
13- Record acceptance test results and do recommendation to improve ATR.
14- Track and review the commissioning progress through meetings with contractors.
15- Investigating cause of unplanned shutdowns or failures of equipment or units which resulted in loss of production or making products off-spec and issuing Shutdown Reports for these events.
16- Preparing laboratory sampling program for process units, monitoring lab results on daily basis and liaising with laboratory personnel to rectify any issue with regards to sampling or test results.
17- Performing material balance of the whole plant inclusive of feed, products and losses (gas to flare) and generating material balance report on daily basis.
18- Debottlenecking and optimization of sulphur recovery unit, Claus Process to minimize the H2S emission to atmospheric.
19- Cooperation with maintenance department for preparation in planned and unplanned shut down.
20- Troubleshooting of molecular sieve dehydration unit that caused increase of H2S content of dehydrated gas during dehydration by performing a prolonged adsorption cycle and recycling regeneration gas to upstream of gas sweetening.
21- Optimizing process parameters in MDEA amine gas sweetening to minimize utility consumption (LP steam and power) that included amine circulation rate, amine regenerator bottom temperature and amine contactor feed tray number.
22- Minimizing CO2 content of ethane product which was fed to nearby petrochemical plant by changing process parameters of DEA amine gas sweetening unit that included maximizing amine circulation rate, amine regenerator bottom temperature and number of tray in amine contactor.

 A broad exposure to all aspects of process engineering including pipeline hydraulics, flow assurance, process optimization, de-bottlenecking and process safeguarding, with good working knowledge of codes and standards relating to oil and gas industry (process, pipelines, safeguarding).
