Tata Steel Processing and Distribution (formerly Tata Ryerson), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Steel, commenced operations in 1997 at Bara in Jamshedpur, India. TSPDL’s competencies lie in processing of hot rolled (HR), cold rolled (CR), galvanized plain sheets (GP sheets and coils), plates fabrication, auto components for Tata Nano and rebar processing. Role and Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the sale of 500 MT per month GPSP,GI,PPGI,GA,CRCA,HRPO,CRNO,CRGO in Auto Sector (Delhi NCR) with a annual Revenue of over 15 Cr. Per month, with 50 Unique Customers – Sales plan, collection plan, managing receivables
• Heading All India Sales & Marketing of newly launched Value Added Product.
• Heading North India White Goods segment
• Effective Communication & Promotion of Magunm, employing various Marketing Promotional Tools.
• Formulation of Marketing, Sales, Pricing & other strategies to enter & conduct business in various segments.
• Market Profiling to estimate demand for value added Flat Steel products.
• Managed Relationships with business associates like Key Customer Accounts, External Processing Agencies and other Service providers.
• Identified the possible market segments for the consumption of GPSP(GI) n formulating sales plan to tap them.
• Identified & Converted business prospects for value added CRCA,GI,GA and CRNO products to sales, in industry segments like ABC , Auto, Appliances, Tube making, General Engineering / Fabrication..
• Maintain compliance report with group and business safety standards and seek opportunities to support continuous improvement in safety performance and maintenance of good housekeeping standards.Material Planning/Inventory Management: Preparing material requirement plan as per production floor needs. Efficiently managing the inventory levels, for ensuring ready availability of material to meet production and dispatch targets.

• RM Purchase Follow up :- Balance Table, Purchase Order, Monthly Schedule, Material receiving plan, Payment, vehicle unload.
• Sales: - Monthly Schedule, Sales Order (RO), Quotation, Customer Forecast+ EDI System Handling.
• Production:- Job work Order, Nesting, Material Packing, Result Posting, Processing Priority rework plan and New Development.
• Dispatch: - Dispatch Order, Material planning, Delivery follow up. If Purchase Order issue sales team responsible resolve that points.
• Quality: - Complaint settlement, FG and Sales return settlement and Packing Standard.
• Finance: - Payment Follow up, C-From, Credit note, debit note, PDC entry and urgent material Invoiceing....
