I'm Medhat Elkomy , have 22 years of experience in managing QSR unites with Americana UAE and Alyasra Kurdistan / Kuwait. I worked with international chains such as Hardee's, Taco Bell, KFC and Texas Chicken. I started my career as a training coordinator, till I reached to a capacity of KFC brand operation manager running 66 stores, with annual revenue of 520 Million AED. I moved to a new challenge in Kurdistan, with Alyasra Company in a capacity of COO. I led all supportive departments of the company, and managed three brands, Texas Chicken, Big Bite Burger, Mondo Ice cream.

My expertise lies in successfully developing and implementing strategic business plans, significantly expanding business opportunities, and managing all bottom-line factors to maximize efficiency and realize substantial revenue growth. Through my experience, I have become adept in overseeing a full range of operational responsibilities, including P&L administration, budget forecasting, quality management, and deal negotiation, to ensure outstanding corporate performance.
