 Supervisor and check of all repair and installation works for all discipline (CIVIL, Equipment and furniture) do all audit report for all work done. Inspect and understand all the requested for all work by store.
 Review quotation and search for local supplier. Conduct a monthly meeting for all major contractors.
 Prepare weekly report for all completed and outstanding work.
 Meet and discuss with contractors and sub contractors and sub contractors all technical and technical works.
 Evaluate all completed works for its quality in relation of workmanship and materials.
 Evaluate all preventive maintenance works. Authorized to sing off all completed works and projects.
 Respond and arrange work request especially for emergency works.
 Attend and evaluate possible maintenance issue during store fit outs.
 Join with project team for inspection before ceiling closure.
 Fire system Evaluation and inspection. Conduct pre inspection for all stores for CIVIL defense compliance.
 Supervisor all necessary works requested all store to comply with defence Regulations.
