• To review and approve Corrective/Breakdown work orders.‎
• To review and approve required parts for both PM and Corrective ‎Work orders
• To review Purchase Requisition for Outside Service or Non-Stocks
• To setup all system setup as per requirements
 Administrating CMMS software: ‎
 Creating User accounts and privileges assigning. ‎
 CMMS Technical Support.‎
 Conducting Training sessions for CMMS User, Updating CMMS ‎training manual to better reflect user need based on feed back ‎received.‎
 Creating Master Plan.‎
 Create and Generate Preventive Maintenance, Corrective ‎Maintenance and Operational Activities Work orders in ‎MAXIMO system. ‎
 Checking and determining wrong transactions made in Work Order ‎and Preventive Maintenance module in MAXIMO like wrong date, ‎time, material and labor inserted.‎
 Provide necessary assistance & functional support to end user.‎
 Prepare reports on equipment data base and maintenance ‎performance using key performance indicators (KPI's)‎
 Conducting a weekly planning meeting to improve performance ‎and decrease Work Orders backlog
 Frequent contacts with Engineers/Team Leaders to solve problems ‎related to CMMS, Documentations, Database updating, new ‎Projects implementation. ‎
 Contributed in the CMMS implementation project as follows.‎
 Equipment data gathering
 Convert the data format from the excel sheet to the data base ‎format and load it to the CMMS.‎
 Established the equipment hierarchy. ‎
 Created all the form used in the CMMS (Work order, work request, ‎and reports).‎
 Link the equipments to the related tasks and create the master ‎plan.‎
 Issue the work orders on weekly basis.‎
 Follow up the pending work orders with the maintenance ‎engineers.‎
 Routinely interacts with application users, including Site Leads, ‎Operations / Maintenance Manager(s), Facility Manager(s), ‎Engineers / Maintenance Technicians, Call Center Administrators ‎and clients as applicable.‎
