After analyzing the business operation system, My prime objective was to stream line more than 700, Stock Items by creating groups & stock inventories on Tally ERP System for smooth functioning of business operation with inventories, made applicable stock processing method which helped the company in controlling of stock theft & etc., Successfully integrated separate debt ledger system into main accounting ledger ensuring improved control & cash management, Introduced new reconciliation at transaction level improving & reducing suspense items, Established procedures for capital expenditure & accounts payable ensuring more effective control, Verification of running accounts bills of various sub contractors and its accounting, Implented procedures that prevented duplication.
