•Presently I am working in ESSAR STEEL INDIA LTD, HAZIRA (SURAT) as a Dy. Manager (M-09) in GAS BASED MULTI FUEL COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT & 400KV/220KV MAIN RECEIVING SUB STATION for a period of 9.8 years. ESSAR STEEL INDIA LTD, HAZIRA is steel making MNC Company at Hazira location having a production capacity of 10 MTPA. ESSAR STEEL manufactures a different product like as HOT ROOL COIL, COLD ROOL COIL, GELVANISED COIL, and STEEL PLATE & PIPE ect.
•ESSAR has a total three power plants at Hazira, having a total generation capacity of 1030 MW.
•In GAS BASED MULTI FUEL COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT as a Dy. Manager Safe Start up and Shutdown of Gas turbine, Steam turbine and HRSG, Manually Synchronizing GTG and STG with Grid, Islanding operation, 19MW Steam turbine operation.
•400KV/220KV MAIN RECEIVING SUB STATION as a Dy. Manager for Testing, Commissioning, Maintenance & Condition monitoring of 400 KV Transmission line, 220 KV Transmission line, 400 KV Sub-station, 220 KV sub-station & 33 KV SVC system having a total install capacity of 1160 MVA with 400 KV double circuit twin conductor & 220 KV multi circuit transmission line. MRSS in one kind of LDC (LOAD DISPATCH CENTRE) for whole Hazira complex. The total generations of EPOL, BPOL, CPP-1 & national grid of 400 KV and total load of HRC STEEL PLANT & HBI STEEL PLANT (around 1000 MW) are connected at MRSS. MRSS also taken care of SVC (Static Var Compensator) required for Dc Electrical Arc Furnace. MRSS is responsible for the all the plant auxiliaries at 33 KV & 6.6 KV level.
