Currently working with RR Donnelley India Outsource P. Ltd., Chennai since April 2012 as Assistant Team Manager (Risk & Capital) for a global P&C (re)insurance client with global footprint. My current role includes Capital calculations for the legal entities as well as managing 3 direct reports. I am also part of the UW Risk Parameterization team which provides the UW parameters to Capital Team for the model run and also support the validation and documentation aspects. Initially, I took part in setting up the pilot team for Risk & Capital Modeling unit with prime focus on Solvency II regulatory capital calculations and reporting using the Internal Model. I have successfully transitioned Risk processes as part of my deputation to client office in London. Previously worked with Aon Consulting as Actuarial Analyst for retirement benefits valuation.
