To give you an insight into my profile, I have Nine years of Domestic and International Culinary experience which includes All-Day Dining, Fine-Dining & High-capacity Banqueting Operations. This includes experience of past four hotels allowing me to cater niche clientele like HRH Prince Charles, Bill Clinton, Japanese PM Shinzo abe, Louise Hamilton and other.

I have worked across various Hotel & Cafe segments including Heritage, Luxury & Business and have well rounded experience with hotel companies like The Imperial, The Leela Palace, DoubleTree by Hilton, Airways Hotel & Residences (Port Moresby) and IHG Crowne Plaza (Bengaluru), Wherein the first three assignments were in New Delhi, INDIA, later in Port Moresby, PNG, IHG Crowne Plaza Bengaluru and the current location is in Lagos, Nigeria. In addition to that have had the good fortune of exposure to high-end products, equipment and Financials relating to F&B with guidance from the known names in the industry.
