I have been in the oil industry for the past 4+ years during this time I have worked my way up through various promotions gaining a wide knowledge of the drilling industry and associated equipment.
I have worked on a Conventional Semi-Submersible Drilling Unit for the past 2years.
Prior to this I was employed as a Ships Electrical officer on various vessels which supported the oil industry.
The most enjoyable part of my job is working with the different departments and the interaction with other supervisor’s. I also enjoy sharing my experience and knowledge while training personnel in my department. I have also successfully supervised shipyard repair jobs/projects which were completed within the required time and budget.
Working in a very busy environment I work hard to deliver great standards without compromising safety.
I am actively seeking a new challenge, to highlight my career further.
