Environmental monitoring of Manufacturing Plant
Analysis of DM Water used for Manufacturing.
Actively involved in indentifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system through preventive and corrective action.
Operating the analytical and microbiological techniques according to the requirements of FSSC 22000, GMP+, cGMP, ISO 14001, 9001, 18001, 17025
Actively Participating in Internal Audits , External ISO Audits
Actively Participated in AIB audits
Having overall knowledge in HACCP System, Food Safety Management System
Microbiological Activities..
Performing all Microbiological analysis of Raw materials , Finished products and In-Process as per the laid down procedures & provide feedback on deviations, if any, to the concerned functions like Manufacturing, Purchase etc., for corrective actions.
Performing Microbiological Analysis of R.O.Water by Membrane Filter Technique and Rapid Coliform test. And monitoring Fumigation Process. Monitoring the CIP (Clean In Place).
Take swab test of workers arrange for training programmes in case anybody found high pathogenic contamination.
Looking After Liquid, Capsaroma, Spray Dried, Savoury Flavours Section.
