Manojprasanthan Jeyaram

I have BSc. (Hons) Quantity Surveying & Construction Management Degree from University of Sheffield Hallam, UK. Currently I am working as a Quantity Surveyor (MEP/Civil) at Sidra Medical and Research Center (SMRC Project amount is around USD 7.9 Billion) in Doha, Qatar.

I having experience more than 6.5 years in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management activities on large-scale construction projects in the State of Qatar and Sri Lanka. Major areas of experience include all the pre and post contract Commercial Management and Contract administration duties, but not limited to the Preparation of Pre tender BOQ, assisting to prepare the tender documents, Cost controlling, review and preparation of progress valuations and final accounts, Review & verification of RFI’s, drawings, specifications and technical details to initiate or recommend the contract variations, claims, Prepare and evaluate the contract change request to client as per the instructions received from client for the changes in scope of works and assisting to prepare contractual and commercial correspondences.

And, I have a depth knowledge and understanding of Procurement routes and forms of contract including FIDIC and ICTAD Conditions of Contract and Method of Measurement such as SMM7, CESMM3 & SLS 573.

I have good grasping power and creative, motivated from inner self to work hard, good communication skills, excellent judgement according to the situation, strong motivation and ability to grow.
