Hi Sir/Mam,

I’m having experience of 5+ Years. I'm having hands on experience on monitoring, managing and troubleshooting Windows Servers which includes ADDS, Exchange Server 2013, DNS, DHCP, Symantec backup server, Ironport, creating/managing/resolving tickets generated through alerts or are manually created on servicenow ticketing tool.

We are managing datacenter of clients having huge number of Physical and virtual servers and are responsible to provide resolution within SLA. We are also responsible to interact with client on various issues to take permission required to make changes on the servers by raising, following and resolving tickets/change request by using service now tool.

We are having Symantec to take backup of all the servers(Physical and Virtual) available in datacenter of clients.
