Manoj Kumar Sahu

Manoj Kumar Sahu is an MBA (One Year full time) graduate from one of India’s premier b-school Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB). His specialization domain is finance and operations. He started his carrier as an electrical engineer and worked for 4 years in Power /Energy sector. During his tenure of 4 years he worked in various green field and brown field power projects. Manoj has worked in the area of asset management, performance monitoring, process improvement, project monitoring, statutory approvals, vendor evaluation and approvals, techno commercial audit, cost center management, quality management etc.

During his tenure with M/s Wind World India Ltd (Formerly known as Enercon India Ltd., 2nd Largest WTGs Manufacturer in India) his commitment towards his work lead him assigned as team leader of Rajasthan State quality assurance team at a very young professional age. His contribution towards initiation and implementation of project quality assurance system, “QA Classroom” concept and component care facility system in the organisation made enormous improvement in project delivery and cost saving for the organisation.

Manoj holds keen interest to work in area of project finance, infrastructure finance, Investments Analysis, Portfolio management, Financial Planning, financial modeling, supply chain management, critical chain project management. In final months of his MBA curriculum, he was associated with Olivine venture as part time consultant for its various ongoing project.
