Have successfully added significant value to the businesses of MNCs like UPL Ltd (Revenue $2 Bn), Intergraph (Revenue $1bn), Seminis Veg. Seed & Emergent Genetics (now part of Monsanto) and world leaders & giants of India like Videocon, Crompton Greaves and Britannia. Working for these companies has given me immense experience in companies of Seeds & Agriculture, Plant Genetics, Chemicals, Fertilisers, FMCG, Manufacturing and Electronics industry. Not only this, it has made me capable to look after any company in almost any industry across the globe. Proven record of success in building effective & efficient functions, businesses and teams with my skills on Organisation building, Strategic thinking, Business planning, Process improvement and Change management.

Until very recently in my role as a Group CFO managed a public listed MNC company and led a team of Regional Finance heads present in different geographies across the globe. In view of the recent merger with the parent company, my role has transformed into CFO of the Strategic Business Unit in the merged entity.

I manage a team of finance leads and analysts located around the globe and oversee their performance, coordination, conflict resolution, motivation, growth & development. Fluent in English and Hindi.
