• Production & maintenance – Strategic Planning, Allocation of resources, Auto data collection, Target achievement, MTBF, MTTR & TPM
• Trial & approval of new dies & tools
• Quality – Product testing, Process parameter, % of rejection control, No of customer complaints
• Operational efficiency – Reduce process loss, rework, wastage, process cost, energy consumption. Maximum Capacity utilization, OEE, Control Utilization of water & electricity.
• Process Improvements – 5S, Kaizen, TQM, KRA & KPI set, Skill matrix & employee training.
• Safety – Ensure all safety protocols & no incidents.
• Project management – Commissioning new plant & execution, New product development Team Building & labour management.
• Plant Management – Daily MIS, Inventory control FG, RM & WIP, RM Plan, RMC set, product realisation cost monitor, OpEx, budget, Time delivery, Development of manufacturing & HR guide line, Sales target achievements.
• Vender development
• Training & seminar conduct for all employees
• New product development as per market demand
• Maximize profit considering market competition & customer satisfaction.
