Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jalandhar ( a primer institute in India ) with 20 plus years of rich and varied experience as Business Development and Operating Heads of Facilities and Project Management verticals into diverse sectors such as Manufacturing, Service( IT/IT'es) ,Real Estate Sectors ,Industrial(SEZ's)and Healthcare.


My strong credentials consists of having a thorough understanding of Strategic Business and Operating goals, both short and long term and being able to strategize my team's goals towards realization of the same thru swift and extremely strong execution capabilities.

My role entailing both Strategy and Operations includes :

1. Corporate Head of Facilities for the Suzlon Energy HQ Campus,a LEED Platinum and Griha 5 Star building of built up area 8 lac sq.ft. Opex of Rs 12 Cr.Team Strength - 250 members

2.Management Team Member -SEZs( Industrial Parks) , responsible for the performance of the Facility Management business of SEZs , SEZ land sales and marketing and infrastructure project management within the SEZ Business Turnover of Rs 530 Cr.Team Strength - 330 members

3.Vice President -Business Development Head ,Infrastructures(Facilities & Project Management Consulting across various sectors namely Industrial (Auto/Pharma and Industrial) ,Healthcare and Hospitals,Commercial and R&D Parks) and Roof top Solar. Business Turnover of Rs.35 Cr.Team Strength- 4 members

4. SPOC for the Promoters of Suzlon Energy Ltd ,for transaction advisory of a greenfield 150 Bed Tertiary Hospital along with the Hospital Consultants. Responsible of the due diligence (Technical and Financial feasibility ) and Operating Partner Search.Project Cost approximately Rs .100 Cr.Team Strength - 4 members.
